One engineer,three steps,every agency.
Site evaluation, engineering & permitting, and construction bidding & management, under one licensed P.E.

Step 01 — Evaluate
A licensed engineer walks your shoreline first.
Every WEDC project starts with an independent evaluation by a licensed professional engineer. Scott assesses the current condition of your property, works out what is failing and why, and develops a conceptual solution.
That evaluation goes to the design team as the brief for everything that follows — so the fix is engineered for your site, not chosen from a catalog.

Step 02 — Design & permit
Drawn for your site. Carried through every permit.
The conceptual solution is engineered into a site development plan: the existing site conditions, the proposed solution, and general construction specifications unique to your property and situation.
Once you have reviewed and approved the design plans, the project moves into permitting. WEDC prepares all of the necessary applications for every governing agency and works the permit process through to approval.

Step 03 — Bid & build
Bid to reputable contractors. Managed to final approval.
WEDC prepares the bidding documents and runs the bidding for you. They go to several local, licensed and reputable contractors, and you award the construction contract.
Project management is available through every phase of construction, from the first stone to the day the last final approval is received.
