A failing hillside, terraced in stone.

On this Severn River property, a failed bulkhead was removed. In its place WEDC created a partial living shoreline and a replenished beach, and replaced a portion of the bulkhead.

Above the water, the existing steps to the shoreline were removed and replaced with stone steps and a system of retaining walls that stabilize the failing hillside.
